About us

That’s us, the founders of the Czech Jigsaw Puzzle Association. We’re a group of friends who met at the World Jigsaw Puzzle Championship in Valladolid, Spain.

First, Klárka came up with the crazy idea to organize a competition in Ostrava for all (not only) Czech enthusiasts and to bring the Czech Republic under the umbrella of the world federation WJPF. Dominik said: ‘Let’s do it,’ and everything started to fall into place. It was immediately clear that Janča, the organizational wizard, and Simča, the founder of My Speed Puzzling, had to be part of the project, because it simply wouldn’t work without them.

We know we’re still at the beginning and many things aren’t going as smoothly as we’d like. But we’re doing our best and believe it’ll be worth it!
